The Movie is after Episode 35 and before Episode 36. The Sealed Card is after Episode 70.

Episode 70 isn't on Youtube, so I couldn't listen to it. But, your best bet would be to check Cardcaptor Sakura: Original Soundtrack 4. It has music from the 3rd season of the show. Hopefully you'll find it on there! Best of luck! :)
