Notice: Scans of the original 1999 calendar were unable to be found; therefore, the Cheerio! illustrations collection images were used.
The Cardcaptor Sakura 1999 calendar was the first anime calendar published for the series. It was released in the previous year, 1998, in Japan only. Unlike the later calendars, the 1999 calendar has a different image for all 12 months. Each page showed concept art of some of Sakura's capture costumes. All the images, including the cover, were included in the Cheerio! Illustration Collection books.
