The Cat Coat is an outfit worn by Sakura Kinomoto.
In the manga, it is not specified if Tomoyo Daidouji had designed and tailored the coat herself. Rather, in the anime, it is shown briefly as Tomoyo picturing the costumes she thought about creating for Sakura.
