Chapter 46 is the chapter of the manga Cardcaptor Sakura, forming part of Volume 12.
Synopsis[]
Professor Mizuki appears, and Tomoyo doesn't miss the feeling between her and Eriol.
Kaho also knew about Eriol's plan: she wanted to help Sakura, but the girl wouldn't give her best.
Eriol says that things happened that he hadn't foreseen. The magical strength doesn't matter, because it seems that the hearts of human beings are difficult to read, especially when it comes to love.
Eriol had broken his magical strength in two, and since Sakura is now the strongest magic, he could also predict the future if he wanted to.
Yue heads to the garden, and Eriol follows him.
Yue complains that Clow didn't tell him that he would be reborn, but Eriol says he did it on purpose otherwise the two of them would have continued to look for him.
Eriol reminds him that he is only the reincarnation that contains Clow's memories, but he is no longer Clow Reed, the most powerful magician.
Now that Fujitaka has magical power, he is able to see Nadeshiko again.
In class, Syaoran arrives late because his mother called him, and he brings good news.
Eriol also has news, and will return to England soon.
While talking to him, Sakura is sad about his departure. Eriol points out that when a situation arises again, she will have to think about what she feels, and she will understand what is important to her.
After leaving school, Syaoran and Sakura stop for a moment in the garden and Sakura asks him what he wanted to tell her at Tokyo Tower.
Syaoran confesses his feelings.
When Sakura returns home, Yukito and Touya are in the kitchen chatting, and Touya says that something he already knew is about to happen, and that is why he never liked Syaoran.
Meanwhile, Sakura is still thinking about Syaoran's words, and realizes that the feelings she has for Syaoran are different from the ones she had for Yukito...
