Lucid (Kanji: 透過, Katakana: ルシッド, Romaji: Tōka) is one of the Clear Cards that was captured after the mysterious clearing of the Sakura Cards.

Appearance

In card form, Lucid appears as a mint-colored, sparkling curtain. When used, the underside appears red before it turns transparent for the user to see through.

Synopsis

Create

Lucid appears when Sakura and Tomoyo went to Akiho's house and she took her to the library where Sakura realized that there is a certain place where books are missing, but by touching the empty space supposed the missing books can be felt, securing the card upon realizing its nature.

Examine Use

Sakura uses Lucid in Chapter 30 to make herself invisible and in Chapter 45 along Siege to confront the mysterious cloaked figure. She also use it in Episode 9 to infiltrate in the aquarium.

Magical Abilities

Invisibility: Lucid is able to make things invisible to the eyes of others. It however, can not last long as shown during Sakura's attempt to seal Spiral.

• The kanji at the top of the card: 透過 (Pronounced Touka) means 'premonition' or 'transmission' in Japanese. The kanji: 透 refers to 'transparent, permeate or filter' while the kanji: 過 refers to 'overdo, exceed or go beyond'.
