Struggle takes the form of a metallic humanoid adolescent girl with a red flower-like dress with several orange crystals that are embedded on her chest and shoulders. She has dark pink eyes, light mauve hair shaped in a pair of buns with three crystals floating below them, acting as if they were hanging, under her right bun is a long, thin ponytail tied with a crystal at the tip. She wears a training costume underneath, the long sleeves reach until her wrists where she also wears black gloves, there are crystals embedded over the backhand side of her wrists. The pants of the costume end by the middle of her thighs, where a pair of over-knee length boots are worn, with three crystals on each side.
In her card form, her eyes are open and her lower half is gone and is replaced with several floating orange crystals of varying sizes.
The card's appearance also greatly resembles the combination of both Meiling and The Fight, due to fact that Sakura created this card from the inspiration of the duel between Meiling and the Fight from the past a long time ago.
