Tenkai Tachibana is a fictional character that appears only in the Cardcaptor Sakura anime series. He is the deceased father of Yuuki Tachibana.
He was a painter. [1] Tomoyo mentions he has “done many splendid paintings.” He died the fall before the start of the series.[2]
He is briefly seen in a flash back of his daughter in Episode 7: Sakura's First Attempt As A Thief.
