The Tiara and Ruffles Costume was designed by Tomoyo Daidouji and worn by Sakura Kinomoto.
The costume was never adapted into the anime. It was instead replaced by Episode 59 Battle Costume.
Design Description[]
The costume consists of a white babydoll dress. The skirt is wide with many ruffles. A pair of long white gloves are worn, with the gloves reaching near the underarms and ending with ruffles. A pair of long white stockings ending in ruffles are also worn. A pair of pink slippers are worn with bows around the ankles. A pink chocker-necklace and tiara are also worn. The tiaras gems vary from red to blue, depending on the images' source.
